1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or final sale products
- Customized products made as per customer specifications
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at:

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Compressor CR is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges.
6. Exchanges
Items can be exchanged only if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged in transit
Exchanges require contacting our support team first.
7. Warranty & Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photo evidence. We will:
- Replace the item, OR
- Issue a full refund
